Good morning,

It's been a wonderfully peaceful week here. My husband took one more week of vacation, and I've found that having him around has given me extra time to do things that I enjoy. I purchased a new art journal and having it has inspired me to create nearly every day this week, and it's been wonderful having a little extra time to enjoy it. I love filling blank pages with new art. I feel more inspired and creative everyday.

I tried something new within the first few pages of my book, I did my coloring with ballpoint and gel pens. (and one yellow colored pencil)

Boy do I have an adorable digi for you today.

This cutie is PunkyTails.

I wanted to step outside of my bubble and have fun with her hair.

Light brown with pink highlights was just the creative touch I was looking for.

Makes her cute and fun.

Add a bright tee and some flares and she's just adorable with her own funky personality.

Lots of bright pretty flowers.

Simply Lovely

Good morning,

I've been feeling so creative recently.

I've been staying up long after everyone has went to bed and getting up just a little bit early so that I can have a little extra time to let my creativity flow. You'd think I be tired with the lack of sleep but it's made me so happy that I've hardly noticed. I truly enjoy the peacefulness I find when drawing, coloring, and creating.

My most recent illustration was well worth the sleepless nights.

I love the way she looks so beautiful and romantic.
