The Fun Fine Print
My hubby's been kinda fussing at me over the free digital stamps. He's just joking but he keeps asking me why I started an Esty store to sell my stamps when I just keep giving them out for free.
My answer:
???
Hmmm... I'm just trying to get my images out there and give people a chance to get to know me.
...
then:
I don't know, it's just fun. Leave me alone. lol
So in order to keep the peace how about this:
Tell somebody in your life how much they mean to you.
Your kids, spouse, best friend, your pet, or leave a comment for me.
Let someone know that they are important to you cause even if we know it, it's nice to be told sometimes.
Hopefully I made you smile with the freebie and you can repay me by making someone else smile too.
And now I can let me hubby know that I'm kinda charging for this image.

ReplyDeleteRegarding the freebies and Etsy store - I like to pay people back for giving away freebies, so I make a point of shopping in their stores, even if it's just once-in-a-while. Then I put the card I've made on my blog and create a link back to you! Posting the freebies is a good way for people to find out about you :-)
Thank you. She's adorable. She reminds me of my son's girlfriend, so I let my son and his girlfriend know how special I think they both are. :)

Tell hubby that most of the others also share their freebies, and by putting an expiration date on them you get more traffic to your blog when people come by to make sure you haven't posted any new stuff. Do some searches on Crafter's Digital Art Center, Paper Craft Planet, Splitcoast Stampers and other sites to see if anyone used your images on their creations. It may surprise him what others do with your awesome digis! Thanks again!
