The creativity bug has bitten me. I feel like I'm sitting on more illustrations than I can post, lol. I have a mini sweetheart collection that I'm currently working on. They're all romantic with long flowy dresses and darling tresses.

Dawn Free Digitial Stamp

 

My husband is on call this week. It's always my least favorite week of the month. His company has offices worldwide and it seems that the phone rings all night long. It rang last night at 8pm and the next time I see him it's a few minutes before 5am and he's crawling into bed. I layed there for a few minutes; debating if I could go back to sleep but eventually decided to giveup and snuck out of the bedroom, tiptoeing over my dogs, trying not to wake up the whole house.

 

After a morning cup of coffee, I was feeling bit by the creativity bug. I grabbed a handful of loose papers and got started drawing. When I finished my latest cuddlebug and put her on top of my drawing book I realized something. I have a whole stack of cuddlebugs that I haven't posted yet!

 

So we have to fix that. Gotta get them colored and shared, lol.

 

 

This cutie is Dawn. And she looks so much better than I do when she wakes up in the morning :)

Humble Beginnings

While holding my breath and with trimbling hands I hit publish on my first blog post on July 6th 2012. Putting your work out there for the world to see can be a very intimidating experience.

I had been collecting illustrations in a tiny little drawing journal.

My first digital stamp, Hannah, was actually drawn to be a little under 3 inches.

I treasure this little book, as it has many great memories kept between it's pages.

 

The following digital stamps are a handful of my first. I truly hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

 

The last image, of a beautiful angel, is a brand new picture.  It was something that I was toying with then put away for later and was completely forgotten about. It resurfaced while I was searching through the pages of my book and I felt that now was a great time to share it.

 

These digital stamps will be avabile through Sunday the 24th, then they will go back into the vault until the holiday season. Then, I will reopen my Etsy store to collect donations for this years book drive.

Bree Free Digital Stamp

Good afternoon everyone,

I have an adorable new digi for you today, and weekend plans for many more.

I have two more illustrations in the works.

A special digi from my archives that has never been released and a few of my vintage cuties that I am going to release again for those who have missed them.

Tomorrow I will be releasing some of my vintage digis. I will also have a brand new digi from my archives that was never released to share with everyone.  These stamps will be avaible for a short time then they will saved and return in my Etsy store this holiday season, when it reopens for donations. As long as the book drive for the orphanage is going on, all proceeds will be donated to that again.

Promarker Candy Winner

Spring Digital Stamp

I love Smash Books. Have you tried one?

They're a mix between a scrapbook, mini album, journal, and art journal.

You can use them however you like.

Mix it up to save your little keepsakes, whether its a poem, a story, a picture, anything really.

They're so much fun and a great to way to scrap.

 

I have tons of the books, all in different colors, but sometimes I enjoy making my own from scratch. I use the same basic idea but use my own pretty papers that I've collected over the years and I bind it with pretty rings and ribbons. That way everything in the book is all me. Perhaps this really makes it a mini album but I call them my smash books, so to me that's what they are.

 

 

I've just started making a spring book. Something to collect all the fun moments of the season. Everything from stories to art.

 

I've left room for a picture and a story on this page.

Now all I need is a fun memory and maybe some slightly warmer weather :)

Celebrate Over A Digi

Yesterday on March 6, Cuddlebug Cuties turned 8 months old.

Tonight a little before midnight, Cuddlebug Cuties hit 500 friends.
